Wendy Fuster founded F-Squared in 1991 to serve customers product compliance and global approval requirements to sell products internationally. As President, Wendy oversees all aspects of the business and is responsible for ensuring the F-Squared team maintains the highest level of quality, integrity, and service to customers. She has over 22 years of industry experience to include OATS and EMC lab design and construction, operational management, quality management, sales and marketing, and electrical engineering. Prior to founding F-Squared, Wendy was Director of Engineering for IDP Corporation, a computer manufacturer. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in Electrical Engineering and has also completed other related industry training.

With over 29 years of industry experience, Ken DeVore directs the sales and strategic business growth for F-Squared Laboratories. He is also responsible for leading the Sales and Customer Service Team's efforts to provide quality services and support to our customers. Prior to joining F-Squared, Ken was Business Unit Manager for the Bird Service Center (Bird Technologies Group) where he was responsible for all aspects of developing and growing the business operation. He is a trained A2LA Calibration Assessor for ISO/IEC 17025, and has performed ISO 9000 audits and ATEX audits for NRTLs and Competent/Notified Bodies . His background and experience in Quality Assurance, Project Management, RF and Digital Electronics goes hand in hand with helping F-Squared's Clients understand the relationship of our testing and how it affects real business situations. He is determined to help our Customers succeed in each and every project. His educational background includes studies in business at Kent State University and Youngstown State Universities a BS in Engineering, Quality Assurance & Control from Kennedy Western University, along with multiple industry certifications and training courses completed. Russell joined F Squared Labs with over 20 years experience in the test and certification industry in the UK and USA. As the EMC Technical Manager at F-Squared, Russ is responsible for the smooth operation and high quality of service to clients at the EMC test facility. Prior to joining the F-Squared team, Russ traveled extensively, managing and conducting EMC evaluations around the world. With a background that includes 10 years in military systems testing, full tempest training, marketing, consultancy and a former European Union appointed Competent Body for EMC in the UK, Russ brings a wide range of technical skills to assist clients succeed in meeting their goals. Russ's education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Trent University, Nottingham UK has been supplemented by Government and commercial EMC/Tempest training certifications.

Andy brings to F-Squared over 18 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. His specialty is in safety evaluations on products against industry standards within the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. At F-Squared, Andy maintains the state of the art safety laboratory and manages the technical staff. He also facilitates both onsite and offsite safety evaluations for customers and guarantees quality of service throughout the entire safety engineering diagnostic process. Prior to F-Squared, Andy was a Senior Associate Engineer of Intertek Testing Services, New Castle Delaware. He is degreed in Electrical Engineering from Collingwood School of Electrical Engineering (HM Naval Academy).
