The client center was designed to offer additional support to our
customers. In the future, we will have
report access capabilities for our customers.
Customer of the Month Each month F-Squared will feature a new customer of the month. To find out more information, please contact Ken DeVore at kdevore@f2labs.com. Currently, the Client Center includes the following features:
- Request a Quote – an online quote form is available to you to
specify your project and submit to an F-Squared sales associate.
- Shipping Instructions – Ship to and Return
Shipping Instructions to the to the F-Squared Maryland or the Ohio
facilities
- Directions – Directions to and from the F-Squared facilities are
available.
- Informational Tools – explanations of Directives and Requirements,
a Glossary of Terms, Industry Links
- FAQs- FAQ

Our goal
is to meet the Standard of Service outlined as follows:
- Responding to a request for quotation within 48 hours
- Counsel customers to achieve
the best route of certification for products
- Accurately estimating time to
completion of a project
- Provide “confidence in
results” to our customers
- Professional, high-quality
test reports given to customers in a timely manner
- Timely, professional response
to customer inquiries and follow-up calls for every project/customer
