Wendy Fuster founded F2 in 1991 to serve client’s product compliance and global approval requirements to sell products internationally. As President, Wendy oversees all aspects of the business and is responsible for ensuring the F2 team maintains the highest level of quality, integrity, and service to clients. She has over 22 years of industry experience to include OATS and EMC lab design and construction, operational management, quality management, sales and marketing, and electrical engineering. Prior to founding F2, Wendy was Director of Engineering for IDP Corporation, a computer manufacturer. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in Electrical Engineering and has also completed other related industry training.

Ken DeVore, Director

With over 29 years of industry experience, Ken DeVore directs the sales and strategic business growth for F2 Laboratories. He is also responsible for leading the Sales and Client Service Team’s efforts to provide quality services and support to our clients. Prior to joining F2, Ken was Business Unit Manager for the Bird Service Center (Bird Technologies Group) where he was responsible for all aspects of developing and growing the business operation. He is a trained A2LA Calibration Assessor for ISO/IEC 17025, and has performed ISO 9000 audits and ATEX audits for NRTLs and Competent/Notified Bodies . His background and experience in Quality Assurance, Project Management, RF and Digital Electronics goes hand in hand with helping F2′s Clients understand the relationship of our testing and how it affects real business situations. He is determined to help our Clients succeed in each and every project. His educational background includes studies in business at Kent State University and Youngstown State Universities a BS in Engineering, Quality Assurance & Control from Kennedy Western University, along with multiple industry certifications and training courses completed. Ken Littell, Senior EMC Engineer

Ken joined F2 Labs in early 2008 with over 13 years in RF and Electrical experience and was our Senior EMC Engineer until his promotion to Technical Manager. As the EMC Technical Manager at F2, Ken is responsible for the smooth operation and high quality of service to clients at the EMC test facility. Prior to joining the F2 team, Ken was in management for RF/MRI companies as well an Electronic Communications Specialist in the United States Army. Ken brings a wide range of technical skills to assist clients in meeting their goals. Ken’s education in Electrical and Electronic Engineering coupled with the prior RF experience, the expertise and customer service he has displayed, and his driven work ethics, are just some of the reasons that he is the perfect fit.

Andrew Bagnall, Safety Technical Manager

Andy brings to F2 over 18 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. His specialty is in safety evaluations on products against industry standards within the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. At F2, Andy maintains the state of the art safety laboratory and manages the technical staff. He also facilitates both onsite and offsite safety evaluations for clients and guarantees quality of service throughout the entire safety engineering diagnostic process. Prior to F2, Andy was a Senior Associate Engineer of Intertek Testing Services, New Castle Delaware. He is degreed in Electrical Engineering from Collingwood School of Electrical Engineering (HM Naval Academy)
